Which documents do I need?
A government ID, a live photo taken with your phone camera, and your COA certificate (architects) or GST certificate / trade licence (contractors and trades).
How long does verification take?
Usually within 2 working days. We'll notify you when you're verified, or tell you exactly what to fix.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers pay a small one-time fee to unlock your phone, WhatsApp and email, so the calls you get are from people who are serious about building.
What does it cost me?
